Please note that we do not supply children’s car seats or baby seats in our vehicles so these cannot be requested or provided by our drivers. However, if you have your own car seat, we are happy for you to install them for the journey, but we cannot store them after your journey is completed.

If you need to cancel or amend your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation terms may vary depending on the notice provided before your journey. Full details will be confirmed at the time of booking.

For airport journeys, a grace period of 15 minutes is offered for domestic flights and 30 minutes for international flights before waiting time is accrued. After this period, you will be liable to pay a waiting time fee from the 16th minute for domestic flights and from the 31st minute for international flights.

If you’ve added your flight number, we’ll track your flight and, where possible, adjust your driver’s arrival time to match your early landing. This helps ensure your driver is there as close to your arrival time as possible.

If your flight is cancelled, please let us know as soon as possible by email or phone.

If you’ve provided your flight number, we may be able to identify the cancellation, but it remains your responsibility to cancel the booking if you no longer need the journey. You can then easily make a new booking for your updated travel plans.

Drop off fees are applicable at all London Airports. When collecting from an airport your driver will be charged a parking fee when exiting the airport and as this charge cannot be predetermined, we apply this charge after the booking has been completed.

A deposit may be required to secure your booking. The remaining balance can then be paid at the end of the journey by cash or card.

Yes, a 20% deposit is required to secure your booking. Deposits are fully refundable if the booking is cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
