Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings and services provided by Aeroline Executive Transfers Ltd (“the Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

By making a booking with Aeroline Executive Transfers Ltd, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Bookings

All journeys must be pre-booked and are subject to availability.

Bookings are not confirmed until confirmation has been provided by Aeroline Executive Transfers Ltd.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion.

2. Deposits & Payments

A deposit of 20% of the total booking value may be required to secure your booking.

Deposits are refundable only where a booking is cancelled more than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

Where cancellations are made within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup time, the deposit will be retained.

The remaining balance must be paid before or immediately at the end of the journey, before leaving the vehicle, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Payments may be made by cash, card or bank transfer.

3. Cancellations & No Shows

Failure to attend the pickup location without reasonable notice may result in the full journey fare being charged.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse bookings where necessary.

4. Waiting Time

Airport pickups include a complimentary grace period of:

  • 15 minutes for domestic flights
  • 30 minutes for international flights

After the complimentary waiting period, additional waiting time charges may apply.

Waiting time charges will begin.
